Wm Davidson (Plumbers) Ltd are specialists in the design and installation of under-floor heating systems. Under-Floor Heating is ideal for use with modern condensing boilers, is invisible and maintenance-free, without the need for radiators. With Under-Floor Heating your running costs are lower than traditional radiators.

Power Flush…

Wm Davidson (Plumbers) Ltd uses the Fernox Power Flush System which removes deposits and makes your heating system more efficient.

Over time, heating circuits may become choked with sludge and other deposits that make your heating system less efficient and that may damage your boiler. Signs that your heating system may be suffering from sludge problems include: noisy boiler / pump, frequent bleeding of radiators, partially cold radiators.

Magna Clean…

The main features of a Magna Clean are that it helps prevent sludge build-up in your system, reduces boiler breakdowns, reduces fuel consumption and ultimately saves you money.

A Magna Clean is a powerful, compact magnetic filter designed to remove virtually 100% of suspended iron oxide and other particulate from the water circulating through the heating system.

You can expect your heating system to last 60-80% longer should you have a Magna Clean fitted.

Sludge deposits are one of the most common causes of boiler breakdown and Magna Clean works by removing this sludge as it is pumped through your system.

The government has also carried out independent tests on the filters and on average the Magna Clean proved to increase the efficiency of heating systems by 12%.

Results of older systems have shown an even higher increased in efficiency.
